For one of our customers NRG Office is looking for a Customer service representative who speaks fluent German.
This is a dynamic B2B e-commerce business for professional kitchen appliances and merchandise. Founded in 2014 in Zaanstad/NL, they are the market leader in the Netherlands and are now expanding into neighbouring countries. Make our customers happy – every day – by supporting them on the phone, via chat and email across a broad range of topics. You are responsible for providing pre-sales orientation, preparing offers and after sales service such as arranging on-site installations, warranty and maintenance cases. You also play an active role in developing the German shop and its product offering.
For this role experience in a customer service, sales or similar role is required. Excellent German skills (spoken / written) are a must and strong communication and social skills. You will work independent and therefore an proactive work attitude and solution-oriented is needed. You need a high level of personal accountability and a hands-on, down-to-earth, getting-things-done mentality.
A versatile position in a dynamic working environment with a flat hierarchy and lots of room for your own personal initiative. Max of the salary scale is € 2200,- gross per month based on a fulltime working week.
