What will you do?
As a Customer Service Representative at Cordstrap, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to all customers in Spain. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience while collaborating with internal teams to address orders, product inquiries, and financial matters.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in Spain, ensuring a positive experience;
- Manage incoming orders and calls, accurately recording interactions in the CRM system;
- Serve as the primary contact for product and sales information;
- Achieve KPIs and identify root causes of customer issues;
- Initiate and lead improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
What we like to see in you
In addition, you possess:
- A completed Mbo or Hbo Bachelor;
- Internship and/or work experience in a similar role is a plus;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Fluent command of Spanish and English;
- Full-time availability.
