What will you do?
As a Manager Planning & Transportation at SodaStream, you will be responsible for the entire flow of goods, ensuring seamless coordination between incoming goods, production planning, and outbound transportation. You will lead an enthusiastic and international team of planners and logistics specialists (6 FTEs in total) who are responsible for planning the production and distribution of the produced products by SodaStream worldwide. The team can benefit and learn from your support in their professional growth and development.
You will work closely with internal departments such as Production, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Sales to continuously optimize processes. In addition to managing your team, you will also maintain strong relationships with external logistics partners and be responsible for negotiating and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You will also take a forward-looking approach, working with your team to build a streamlined Supply Chain, continuously assessing and improving existing processes. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and play a key role in SodaStream’s international logistics network.
Key responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the entire planning and logistics processes;
- Leading an enthusiastic and international team of planners and logistics specialists;
- Monitoring and optimizing all logistics activities, including SLA management and performance indicators;
- Collaborating closely with internal departments such as Production, Inventory Management, and Sales to ensure a smooth logistics process;
- Continuously improving and professionalizing processes in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
What we like to see in you
Additionally, you have:
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics;
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week);
- Experience with ERP systems and working in an international environment;
- The working language at SodaStream is English, therefore full professional proficiency in English is required;
- Knowledge of international safety, import, and export regulations is an advantage.

Where will you work?
From the Netherlands Logistics Centre in Tilburg (NLC), we refill and distribute gas cylinders, package SodaStream products, and distribute them across European markets based on demand forecasts.
